NAXUCANG TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED operates the NAXUCANG SOP Training platform at sop-trainer-en.vercel.app and the marketing site at naxucang-en.vercel.app. For any privacy questions, contact us at syin31437@gmail.com.

02 · What We Collect

We only collect data you actively provide:

• Contact form — your name, email address, and message
• SOP Questionnaire — store name, business details, operational answers, and your contact details
• SOP Training app — store name, staff names, passwords (stored as SHA-256 hashes, never plaintext), training progress, and SOP content you create

We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels. We do not collect IP addresses or device fingerprints.

03 · How We Use Your Data

• To respond to your contact form messages
• To review your questionnaire and help prepare SOP training material for your shop
• To operate and sync your store's training data within the SOP app

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

04 · Where Your Data Is Stored & Who Touches It

We use a few third-party processors to deliver the Naxucang SOP Trainer. They handle your data on our behalf — they don't sell it.

• Supabase — database hosting (EU West, Ireland / eu-west-1)
• Anthropic — AI generation of your SOP training material from your questionnaire answers
• FormSubmit — relays contact-form emails to our inbox; does not retain them
• Vercel — hosts this marketing site and the training app

05 · How Long We Keep It

We keep your data for as long as your store is active. If you stop using the platform and ask for deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.

06 · Your Rights

Under GDPR and UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to how we process your data
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

07 · Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated policy.
