01 · The Service
NAXUCANG SOP Trainer is a staff-training platform for cafés, restaurants, and retail. The platform is in free beta. It is provided as-is and without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be removed.
02 · Acceptable Use
- No spam, abuse, harassment, or illegal content
- No scraping, mass-downloading, or attempts to overload the service
- No reverse-engineering or copying the platform itself
- Respect the operating rules of any store you join
03 · Account & Data
You own the survey answers and SOP content you put into the system. We own the platform, the code, the design, and the brand. You grant us a limited licence to process your content to deliver the service.
04 · AI-Generated Content
NAXUCANG generates SOPs and training material using AI based on your answers. Always review AI output before relying on it — especially for food safety, allergen handling, hygiene, or any other regulated procedure. AI output is a starting point, not a certified SOP. We are not responsible for outcomes that follow from acting on AI-generated material without review.
05 · Liability
Because NAXUCANG is in free beta, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Your sole remedy if the service does not work for you is to stop using it.
06 · Termination
We can suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms. You can stop using the platform at any time and ask us to delete your data — see the Privacy Policy.
07 · Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England & Wales.
08 · Changes
If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
